The Halls of Justice
The Halls of Justice is the relatively new temple to Tyr in Waterdeep, located in a multiple building walled compound in Castle Ward. It is led by Hammer Lord Hykros Allumen, and Harkas Kormallis, the Champion of Tyr. It has amongst its clergy Lorkas Ermaxis and Jhassalan "of the Lightning".
It is also the new headquarters of the Holy Order of the Knights of Samular, along with their training facility at Summit Hall in the Sumber Hills southeast of Red Larch.
